Hospital-grade HOCL is ideal to sanitize surfaces, hands & skin and can be used on food followed with a freshwater rinse.
 
Applying a 500ppm concentration with a fine aerosol mister, allow the HOCL solution to remain on a surface for one minute. After 3 to 4 minutes the solution will evaporate, if mositure remains simply wipe away with a soft towel.
